feeling nauseous after working out

Why is this? I drink tons of water before, during, and after my workouts so if anything some people might say I drink too much water I don't think it could be lack of water since I don't feel dehydrated but correct me if I am wrong. Everything has been going fine for the past couple of months of me working out that is until about 3 days ago when I started getting dizzy and nauseous during my workout and in fact it is so bad that I feel like I can't even finish it. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you handle it? Advice is appreciated thanks. I should probably note that I work out 5 sometimes 6 days a week for hour and a half sometimes 2 hours per workout and I have not had this problem up until the 3 days ago I mentioned above.

Are you working out fasted? How long before you workout do you eat?
How much are you eating in general?
How often are you working out? How intense? What kind of workout?
Its really hard to say without more information.0 -
I felt nauseated the other day after working out, and after reviewing my food diary I realized I hadn't had any significant carbs at lunch (I workout in the afternoons). I had two pieces of toast with jelly and the dizziness and nausea went away.0

Are you eating enough? The times I have felt dizzy and nauseous were back in the day when I was eating way too few calories....0

How much liquid do you drink? If I drink much more than 32oz of liquid immediately before and during my workout I'm really at risk of losing it.
I try to make sure I hydrate myself throughout the day rather than getting it all in at once.
edit: And yeah, pre-workout nutrition is important. What are you eating before your workout and how soon before?0 -
Hi everyone I should probably update this. Thank you all for the responses I appreciate it. As some of you have stated I think this could be a nutrition issue. I do not eat at all before my workouts I try not to eat until the workout is done but I guess maybe perhaps I should be eating at least a small meal before I work out to balance my sugar levels during the workout? Yes and as for water I always drink tons of it sometimes I could go through 2 or 3 bottles of water before the workout I do drink a lot of water but am not sure if that could also be a cause of why I feel nauseous during the workout or if it is just the nutrition. I appreciate the info.0
