Hi guys, been using scooby calculator for a little while now and it puts me at around 2200 a day. I do 5x5 3 days a week, insanity fast and furious 1 day and 1 hour of HIIT football another day, so 5 workouts a week. im 5ft 7 male, 25, 15.4 stone. the reason i ask this is because i havent lost anything for a good week and a half. I have maybe went over the odd day but also i am under my weekly goal so surely i should lose something? Also i have had a leg injury which meant that i havent done as many days in the gym as i normally do. on days i havent managed to do i cut to 2000 a day. not sure if thats enough. i have only missed the lifting as i didnt want to be lugging around weight and squatting with a bad leg. Just after some advice on what to try. feel free to plug in my details and see what i should be eating as i may have done it wrong :S thanks in advance

It's normal to stall while losing weight. Just make sure that your activity level is accurate. Also make sure that you weigh all your food so you know you're not overeating.
I use scooby and underestimate my activity level a little and have been losing great.0 -
hi there, i do weigh all my food, i just think 2200 is alot isnt it? every time i think to lower it i then go and say nopes as thats the number it gave me for a reason. i do put 3-5 hours of exercise in as football is an hour and 5x5 takes atleast 40 mins a session. then insanity. Just feel like im doing something wrong maybe0

That's a lot of exercise, you need fuel for it... just keep doing what you're doing.0

okay will keep it going for another week and see if it starts to fall off. maybe the leg injury etc has let me down a little with it, will find out i guess0
