Macros---help!!!!!

I b inged this weekend. Why? Probably because I only lost 3lbs in January. I need to shake up my food intake and (gulp) choose foods that fit into my macros. I need help. I need to know how to figure my macros. Here are my stats:
37yr old
5'6
182lbs
3-5 days a week running 5 miles
BMR is 1520
So far I have lost 49lbs just eating under my calories. Now I think it is important to not only eat under but to watch the foods I am eating. I know I don't eat enough protein.
Can someone help me fix my macros? Also, I need ideas of ways to sneak in protein. (I will not drink a shake). Also, I love fruit so I would really like to eat 2-3 pieces of fruit a day. (Apple/Banana/Cutie).

Hey, if you want you can check out my diary? It would be a lot easier then trying to write it all out haha. I aim for 2000 calories a day though but its easily adjusted. I aim for my meals to contain mostly protein and I limit carbs to breakfast and pre/post workout. Also no carbs after 5pm. I love fruit too and frozen banana smoothies with whey protein powder and almond milk are amazing, you dont need to drink protein with just water haha. I hope that helps a little bit.0
