Bring tissues, bandaids, moleskin, and advil.
And if you're not tenting, bring epsom salt to take a bath in at the hotel0 -

A wonderful invention in the foot care section of the pharmacy.
Once you have a blister, you put in on over it and it protects the blister from popping.
And ive put it in heels in places they rub to prevent blisters.
They hand it out at the Aid stations but if you're a slow walker, it means a long line when you get there.
