workouts that aren't too hard on your lower legs?

I've done a series of different workouts from Hip Hop Abs to 30 day shred and then I went on with INSANITY... bad choice because I was NOT READY, so I injured the inner part of my lower leg (the soleus muscle) and I couldn't even walk, and I believe I hit that muscle by jumping and not knowing how to fall plus theeffort I was making. So long story short I had to stop alltogether gained all the weight back plus a lot more and after 6 months I started back with hip hop abs and I LOVE IT.
Shaun T is a dear and the results are awesome but I can't do HHA forever! I wanted to go again with jillian's 30 day shred but I'm unsure about all the jumping involved, any suggestions on what to do?
