I've been doing p90x3 for about 5 weeks now, and I really like it. I've done some of their programs before and have had pretty good results. This time, I'm being more careful about my diet and, more specifically, my nutrient intake. I've upped my protein a lot, and it's helped out with recovery and strength.
I'm also starting to play with some supplements, and I started using creatine in the last 4 days. Today, I felt significantly stronger, had much more of a pump and was more vascular than I've been during a workout in a long time. I went from small veins in my forearms to notable veins all the way up my biceps. Is that from a few days of creatine? My food intake was way up due to Super Bowl Feasting as well.
Thanks for any help!
