Weight loss has nothing to do with cutting certain foods out. If you cut out soda or sweets but eat 3000 calories a day you'll put on more weight. If you keep eating soda and sweets but eat 1200 calories a day you'll lose weight. It's all about how many calories you eat - what you eat has nothing to do with it.

How long is a piece of string.? There are many factors to losing weight that effect weightloss such as how much your starting weight is. Giving up one food or drink will only effect your weightloss if it gives you a calorie deficit.. Put your numbers into mfp set a sensible goal stick to the numbers, do some moderate exercise to retain muscle mass eat exercise calories back and you'll lose weight In a sustainable and healthy way
