Night Shift Motivation

I work the night shift as an ICU RN. Although I know I can walk up to 4 miles in a shift... I am having huge problems with energy and motivation on my days off whether I have gotten an awesome amount of sleep or not. Any suggestions from night or rotating shifters to keep the drive alive?

BUMP for good ideas. I honestly tend to sleep on my "days" off. Occasionally I'll do minimal exercise, if I want extra calories. Litterally, that's the ONLY motivator...eat more.0

Night shifter...struggle with energy often...I just force myself to the gym and eventually get used to it. I tried several ways of eating and working out....I still havent found the energy though0
