I'm back!

Hey everyone! I used to use this app for tracking food, but I found that eating clean worked for me and didn't feel the need to be counting calories but I am here for the community aspect. Anyway, right now I am 5'7" and I weigh 145, size 8 pant size but they're getting loose on me. I have lost a considerable amount of weight just by changing my eating habits but now I am ready to get all toned up for the summer!

I am really just looking for friends & support and any suggestions as far as gym work outs for a newbie are GREATLY appreciated.

  • Just to make a correction to this, I dug up a couple of pairs of 6's tonight, and they all fit! This is so exciting haha.
