I have been tracking for over 2 weeks now. I have lost 8 lbs and want to lose 80 total. I am on day 3 of lean P90X. Someone gave me their copy. Is this the right thing to do? I find the videos hard but I am enjoying them. I just want to know that after all my hard work, I will lose weight. I am a former athlete who let myself go, so the I know I can do it......just wanna make sure I am losing weight. I saw there is a weight loss Power 90. I am so confused with all this P stuff.
