Hi,
Well another Monday comes around and another diet is started. A big family celebration this summer means an even more important reason to get the weight off. I seem to give up so easily when hunger hits, any ideas gratefully received by this sugar addict.
Thanks

Its really all mental. Understanding that yes, you are hungry, and you may be craving something not so good. ALWAYS opt to at least take a bite of the healthy stuff. You will soon see that you will then want and be content with that food instead of the junk. Its hard but makes the craving go away quicker (at least for me) Slow down your eating as well. Lettting yourself get beyond hungry makes you think you will be needing more than necessary to feel full, Eat smaller bites and pay attention to what your body is telling you. Make sure to have something to drink too, this will help you feel more satisfied.0

What she said ^ Also remember one day does not make or break a eating plan. Stop the trend and get right back to it after a day or two off.0
