Hey there everyone!
I've been eating healthily and logging for about three weeks so far, but now I'm looking to start getting into training and fitness, however I don't really know where to start with things like strength training and what to eat!

So if there's anyone out there with similar goals or who's into fitness - please add me!
Would love to add some new lovely people on here to add to the fab ones I've already got :)

I'm 18, about 160lbs looking to get down to about 130 however long that may take!
