Good afternoon everyone
I know you can't choose where to loose fat! But I hate my legs they are huge I have a cross trainer, treadmill and rowing machine at home! Which one is better to tone legs up???

It seems you have the right material at home! Just do a mix!
My legs are huge too, but they have improved by running. Also I would advice you to do some strength (squats, lunges etc.) good luck!!

Any of the equipment you have will do the job,
Instense Intervals will ramp up the Burn !0 -
None of the above. A caloric deficit will make you lose fat. Be patient and it will come off your legs. Do resistance exercises to preserve existing muscle so they look nice when the fat is gone.0
