    The bathroom will tell you if you're eating too much protein. If you have less than 1 bowel movement a day, the protein may be causing constipation. If you're going at least once a day but your movements are quite large, you may be eating too much protein. Hemorrhoids are another risk. Be sure to get plenty of fiber and water.

    On workout days I have about 1.25 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight and on rest days I have 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. I set MFP to 30% protein, 30% fat and 40% carbs.
