What's on your average shopping list?

Just curious to see what everyone's weekly shop looks like, staple foods that you tend to get when you do your shopping.

Mine are

Baby spinach
Apples
Bananas
Broccoli
Carrots
Avocados
Red onion
Capsicum
Canned tuna
Chicken
Wraps
Quick oats
Almonds
Yogurt
Coconut milk
Cottage cheese
Coffee
Stevia

Plus any yummy seasonal fruit I see. And I always get a surprise for my dog haha
Note: I don't buy all this every week, but they're generally te things that if run out I'll get more.
What are everyone else's staple foods?

For me (my family eats differently)

    buy weekly-
    pork and steak
veggies-usually bell peppers, onions, lettuce, tomatoes
    mushrooms (usually 2-3pkgs a week)
    sweet potatoes
    Greek yogurt
    protein bars
    eggs
    Coke Cherry zero

    buy as I run out-
    oats
    raisins
    brown instant rice
    snacks (chips, cookies etc)
    cottage cheese
bananas (usually eat 2-3 a week mixed in with the oats or pancakes)
Hidden Valley Ranch, A-1 sauce, hot sauce and soy sauce (my condiment staples)
    black olives
    ground flax seed

And then I eat out 3-4 times a week

I don't care for fruit, except for a few things like blueberries and cherries, so during off season growing months I don't eat a lot of it.
