Please motivate me....

Hi all,
I desperately need support, please add me as your friend. I recently had my blood sugar levels tested and from the result, my doctor has informed me that I have pre diabetes. I therefore need to change my lifestyle and although I eat healthy (most of the time) and I workout, I think its my portion sizes. Its my first day being healthy and already I have munched on a white chocolate chip cookie. I have no will power at all. Please help by supporting me.

    Sent request! There are tons of super yummy healthy things you can snack on and not feel guilty! I try to eat on a salad plate or toddler plate so it looks overloaded but still way less food then on a huge dinner plate :)
