What are your favorite cookbooks for low-cal cooking?
My favorite is Cook Yourself Thin: http://www.amazon.com/Cook-Yourself-Thin-Skinny-Minutes/dp/1401341136/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1284147628&sr=8-9
But I'm looking to get more!

I hate cook books. I prefer online.
I am cookinglight.com, myrecipes.com, smittenkitchen.com (this one you have to adapt for low cal cuz this aint diet food!), delish.com.
This way, you're not spending a fortune on books that you might have 2 or 3 keepers out of, when you can get them for free on line.
But that's just me....0 -
I use online too. I just enjoy my cookbook collection as well0

My niece has Rocco DiSpirito's new cookbook and it is GREAT. I usually go online too. Check our www.hungry-girl.com for some swaps!0
