My PT is amazing, advice and pointers as well as having someone to check in with. Keeps me motivated.
Also helps that he is ok about me swearing at him during a work out!
I have also experienced the drill sergeant type when running with 'fella' I respond well to both but I am not sure I would cope with drill sergeant all the time!

You have two sides to look at: on one hand she's new so won't have a lot of experience, but on the other hand, she's still studying so she should have to most accurate information especially in terms of what to eat.

At that price I would definitely give it a shot!

I think good personal trainers are worth their weight in gold. I see my current trainer twice a week and she is so helpful not just with knowledge but her approach helps me with my headspace as well

Wow, I completely overpaid for my personal trainer...

$50 for 3 sessions is cheap! I would do it.
