I have always had my Salmon the same way. Just spread a tbsp. of mayo on top, sprinkle Clubhouse Salmon spice generously, wrap in foil and bake. Until now.
Ingredients
1 garlic cloves
2 fresh rosemary sprigs, about 1 tablespoon chopped
7 oz salmon fillet
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 425°. Peel and chop garlic and rosemary and set aside.
2.Place salmon on a parchment lined baking sheet.
3.Sprinkle with salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic. Place in the oven and roast for 12 minutes or until the salmon is flaky.
