Kundalini yoga

Just did a 60-minute kundalini DVD that thoroughly kicked my butt...and a good 15 minutes of that 60 was meditation! I'm not sure how many calories it burned--I counted it as half an hour of power yoga and noted that I *did* the rest with 1 calorie burned. FWIW, I do a lot of yoga, but kundalini is...different. Some deep meditation and breathwork, some intense cardio bits that would make Jillian Michaels proud. I like the combo!
