Hi All,

I'm really trying to increase my support system to help my stay focus on my " Life Style Change". I checked my friend list on here and I have about 10 friends that are VERY supportive and active but the other friends I have haven't logged in a while... I don't have the heart to delete them because I know that was me once upon a time. With that being said. I 'm looking for friends that are active on MFP so that we can support one another with encouragement, recipes, give you that push on the bad days and if you live in Houston can even workout together sometimes...
