30 Day Shred... how often?

I just started my first workout yesterday of the 30ds, and I am wondering how often I do it and which level do I do (I've done level 1). Also, I was trying to figure out when to progress to the next level... any advice?? Thanks everyone!

    30 Day Shred... 30 days.

    3 levels, 10 days a piece. Some people stay on a level a little longer (pending how out of shape you may be...1st level may take 15 days until you get confident enough for the next one).

    Hey! I did it the way it was set up, (10 days for each level) but I know several people who have taken longer on each level until they felt like they were ready to progress. It's really however you want. Good luck :)
