Hello everyone!

I am new again to MFP. I joined a few years ago and used only the calorie counting feature, and then drifted away. I am back as of about 10-11 days ago with a new approach. I am using the site more fully, and taking advantage of the community.

I have over 100 pounds to lose. My knees are wretched. I have been trying to walk and jog, but there is only so much of that I am going to be able to do. After two consecutive days this weekend, I need a day if not two days off from the knee impact.

I lost 2 pounds at my first official weigh in... the first one after the first weigh in that is. That was six days after my initial weigh.

I have posted a few times, so my introduction may be a bit late. I am hoping to stay very engaged and get some questions answered.
