New, Body"Pumped" and Looking for friends.

Hi all,
Not new to weight loss but new to MFP. Have quite a chunk of weight to lose (90+lbs) and in it for the long haul, had a month long kick start bootcamp over the last month and lost about 10lb so far.
I have about 1900 calories a day to eat (I don't intend on eating exercise calories back) and would love to see the diaries of others that eat a similar number of calories a day (ideally from healthy sources as that is what I am struggling with).
Also will be following the Les Mills Pump DVD set and exercising (a combo of HIIT & Kettlebells) 2 or 3 times a week too.
Any advice etc would be greatly received.
