I don't want to be on a forever diet with ups and downs. I lost weight a few months back, 28 pounds, then gained back 10. I don't feel good. I have horrible cravings for carbs. I am hoping MFP and your friendly support will keep me on track to a better healthier lifestyle. Thank you.

    Welcome! I'm on the newer side to this site, but like you, not new to weight loss. I had lost about 60 pounds in 2009-2010 and am back up nearly 30 of those. I always do better with a solid network, so if you'd like, add me as a friend and we can support each other! Best of luck to you!
