Standing hamstrings exercise?

Does anyone know of an exercise to strengthen the hamstrings without getting down on the floor?

Yep, deadlifts and 1 legged squats.
Here's a good one that you can do w/ just your own body weight.

Basic squats w/ dumbbells.

If you want to isolate them, and have leg weights, you can do standing hamstring curls. Just put the weights around your ankles then curl one of your legs up. Repeat whatever you feel you can do. **You might want to stand next to something to hold if you have bad balance.**0
