All you can do is learn and move on from it!0

The most important thing to remember is not to beat yourself up over the slip. Food is almost like a drug and carbs can be addicting. Unfortunately, unlike a drug addict you can't quit eating. In some ways drug addicts have it easier, they can quit. When food is your trigger, and man Rockey Road bars taste good, you can't just quit. Keep trying and remember that tomorrow is another day. Don't let it get you down.0

Except it for what it is. A lapse in judgement. There is no disgrace in falling off the wagon the disgrace is if we lay there and let the wagon continue to run over us. Believe me I have been there.0

Relax. Fighting to stay on the healthy-food wagon remains the one area in a life where it's OK to make the occasional mistake. If you've been good, enjoying a "cheat meal" even a few times a week won't put on unneeded pounds. In fact, throwing back a few Big Macs might help you lose weight in the long run - and it can be downright necessary for someone on a hardcore fitness program.0

The past two days I have binged on ice cream with a magic shell topping, toast & TONS of peanut butter, popcorn with extra butter and salt, etc etc and actually LOST a pound. Sometimes your body tells you what it needs and it unfortunately comes in the form of a bunch of calories you feel guilty about that don't matter much in the long run!0

Try to identify your trigger. How were you feeling right before you made the decision to eat them? Did something happen? What were you feeling when you ate them? Once you can identify the source you will have a better chance at preventing it next time. It may be as simple as you feel deprived and want something lucious an creamy -- try a substitute -- like a yogurt or pudding. Most have between 80-100 calories (just watch the sugar content).
You cannot turn back the hands of time -- but you can give yourself a consequence for eating them -- like adding on 15 minutes of exercise for 8 days as payment for the indulgence.
We all do it.. my guilty pleasure is Mexican food and a few margaritas. I allow myself to have this meal once or twice a month so I really look forward to it -- but I also add more exercise a few days before and a few days after... at the end of the week it always comes out about right...0 -

Why not just get 1? What is done is done, but it is up to you to learn to do differently each time.0 -
Physiologically, people drive themselves to binge when they don't eat enough. Eat more food and you won't binge.
PS - Big Macs are garbage, they are never necessary!0 -
I'm sorry...........but your picture and your one liner just made me laugh out loud. You'll be fine. OF COURSE you feel fat after eating that..........and honey, 7 of them next time isn't going make you feel any better. I KNOW!!! get only one next time you feel like it and cut it up in 7 pieces and savor each bite.0
