Hi! I'm Stacey and I have 150 lbs to lose

I have been using MFP for a couple of months now. I'm trying to lose what was175 lbs (yeah! down 25 lbs in 3 months!) with just diet and exercise. I am currently enrolled in a bariatric program but view weight loss surgery as my last resort. I'm not ready to give in yet. So I am currently on the "non-surgical track" through the bariatric program. I see a nutritionist every 6 weeks. I will also be participating in a 6 week group therapy for those in the bariatric program. I go to a gym 3 times a week and spend at least an hour there. I have a couple of gym buddies which really helps. I love my gym and I do both cardio and strength training while I am there.

I am definately a carb addict. Trying hard to keep those to a minimum and up the protein. I know I have a long journey but I have alot of great people in my corner helping me to stay on track.
