Hi just joined, 30lbs to lose

Started my diet 4 weeks ago at 193lb And lost 16lb so far and 4 inches of both waist and
Hips an 3 inches of thighs! I work out for at least 2hours a day 6 days a week. Hoping to find friends in similar position :-)

    Wow! Congrats! I'm in a similar situation. I started about a month ago as well and have lost 8 pounds. I work out 6 days a week for 1 1/2 hours- 2 hours each day. My goal is to ultimately lose 50 pounds, but I know slow and steady is the way to go. Feel free to add me!

    We're kind of similar. I'm at 200 lb right now and 35 to go.
    I definitely do not work out 2 hrs a day though. No time for that! But i try to get in an hour 4-5 days a week. Feel free to add me!
  • Hi, I started about two months ago at 180 and have lost 19lbs but I still have 30 to go. I work out about the same amount and I'd like to find some friends who'll understand my position.
