Recommitting and need new friends.

Hey guys, I've been on this site a while and was pretty successful in losing 25 pounds. Then the holidays and every other excuse you can think of hit and I quit working out and I quit watching what I ate.Over the course of 3-4 months gained 20 of those hard to lose pounds back. So, I'm back again, I've only lost 4 pounds so far of the weight I gained but it's a start. I woke up when my mother in law who is almost 60 outran and out walked me during a workout at our local park. I joined a gym the next day.
I'm 5'2 175 pounds and am looking for some friends with around the same stats to join me.By the way, I'm so grateful for those friends who didn't delete me and encouraged and welcomed me back with open arms :flowerforyou: :happy:

Hi Ruth
I've done much the same, gained around 20 pounds over the last 8 months, having lost them previously. I've rejoined this site under a different name as I want a fresh start, so looking for new friends! I'm around the same height and weight as you.

hi! you will loose your those 20 lbs very fast again as the space was built between the new and the old fat. & yes when you will cross over 20 lbs, your fat will take some time to go away, bcz it is the old layer. I dnt knw what exercises you r doing but include running, and elliptical and skipping rope(if possible).drink as much water as u can bcz your body muscle needs oxygen and water is the best thing which helps in providing oxygen. the more oxygen, the higher metabolism rate and fat will go away fast. diet but diet doesn't mean eating nothing. eat but eat good. thx0
