where do you hold your weight?

My weight is literally all in my stomach. I plan on ordering Jillian michaels body revolution. Is this a good workout for my problem area?

Ugghh! I hate my thighs. That's my biggest problem area.0

There is no such thing as spot reduction. You can't target specific places of your body where the fat is. You either lose fat all over or not at all.0

My problem area used to be my bum and thighs. Not anymore though0

I'm also a belly girl.
Get a workout You enjoy because that way you will stick to it. I'm a Beachbody girl. Loved Combat. Now doing T25 and moving to the 21 day fix next. If you like Jillian, then do that!

Because underneath all the fat, they are all so stunningly awesome that to look upon them with mortal eyes would give one the briefest glimpse of heavenly perfection before rendering them blind forever, for all other sights would be pure disappointment and send lookers into a inescapable, hopeless depression. :sad:0

I have a huge *kitten* but I like it! My issue is my belly I envy lall you butt, hip and thigh girls. Embrace it! Its womanly!
Sorry to the original poster though you just need to lose weight on the scales and the lbs come off where they want. You an't target one area and just have it reduced there.0 -
I carry my weight all over. Stomach, butt, thighs, and everything else is pretty big, like my arms and calves. My forearms aren't too bad, but when I cross my arms you can definitely see all the extra fat there. Blegh! haha, so yeah, I carry my weight all over the place.0

Before I started on the weight lost journey I hold all of my fat in my butt,belly, and back. Now I am stuck with the belly only0

Pretty much all my extra weight is between my waist and my knees. I have just fine lower legs and my arms aren't so bad - but my whole middle is ugh.
As far as Body Revolution - I got it when it was a daily deal on Amazon so I got a good price. I'm not following it completely, but so far I've really enjoyed it. Seems to be a good workout - I'm on the first level so not soooo overly hard yet.0 -
You cannot spot LOSE, but you certainly can spot TRAIN. If you train muscles in your stomach, arms, etc., specifically, you'll have more definition -- but you'll only see it once you lose the fat. Good luck to you! :drinker:0

I am starting to work out with dumbbells, but I a\cannot figure out the calories I burn. Do you know how calculate say: 5sets of 40 lbs.of presses? 10 reps.
