I have started doing regular exercise at home for the past two weeks on top of my regular walk to uni every day but I feel like the workouts I'm doing at home arent enough.
I understand the need to start slow and build up but when I do my exercises which include situps, crunches and squats mixed with aerobics, although I get out of breath I dont feel like Ive pushed myself.
Should I just keep going as I am for now as I have just started or should I try and up what Im doing until I feel like Ive pushed myself a bit. Or should I add in something different such as weight training?

I highly recommend Stronglifts 5x5, as I always feel like I have pushed myself, but weight training is great in general!
