I hurt

OK, so I decided that it would be a good idea to do Insanity yesterday so I could do a little extra indulging for the Super Bowl. I haven't done a day of Insanity in quite a while. I'm so incredibly sore that it hurts to sit. Lol. My question is should I wait until tomorrow to try and hit the gym or should I go today and just try to work through the soreness????

    Do a light cardio routine today and get back to it tomorrow :) Take it easy on yourself now that you overdid it!

    I would say a light day is needed. Maybe just a walk, I would give your body a little time to rest before you push again

  • Thanks everyone :-) I ended up dragging my *kitten* to the gym and doing 17 minutes on the treadmill. 5 minute warm up walk and 5 minutes running 5 minutes walking and then almost 3 minutes running again. I actually started feeling better once I started but before it was said and done the arches of my 'good' foot (old ankle injury on the other) started killing me. I'm still sore today but not nearly as bad as yesterday.
