Anyone do Water Fitness? My gym just started evening classes this month and I wanted to give them a try. If you do them, what are your thoughts?

It depends a lot on the instructor, but it is usually a very good workout. Just walking in the pool creates a lot of resistance and they have tools (noodles, foam "weights", webbed gloves) to increase that resistance0
