I need help on hitting my protein intake goal

I heard that protein keeps you full longer, and that it also helps with building lean muscles. However, I'm having trouble eating enough protein, mainly because I don't know what food to eat. I'm having difficulties because I don't really know what kind of protein to eat. What is lean protein? Why should I eat less pork and more chicken breast? I mean, pork has a little more protein than chicken breast, but I heard that I should eat the chicken instead. This is so confusing, I need your knowledge! Thanks. :flowerforyou:

  • I had that problem too until I got started on a nutritional program with herbalife.. I loved the products so much and it become so easy and convenient for me to get my protein requirements in daily that I became a health coach for them so I can receive discount and help others!!
    Additionally, you can be eating all the protein and healthy food you want but what good is it if your body is not able to absorb it due to damaged microvilli?
