I read on here about PB2 and had to get some since I LOVE peanut butter but rarely have it since it's so stinking high in calories. Someone said you can't use it to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and I wanted to share that you CAN and it tastes great (doesn't look that great though...lol) I just mixed the powder into the jelly and spread it on the toasted bread. It's thick and spreads great and I thought it tasted just like peanut butter and jelly. Now I don't use a lot of peanut butter when I make a sandwich, so if you are used to a thick layer it won't be the same. But 12 grams of PB2 mixes perfectly into 2T of jelly (enough for 2 pc of bread).

I use PB2 a lot for a variety of things, I actually mix the powder with a bit of water to get a good paste and spread that on bread and a fruit spread on the other slice and mix it, it is pretty good!0
