Help figuring out TDEE

I am new and just figured my BMR at 1713 and TDEE 2355. MFP has me at 1580 cal/ day with 1.5 loss / week. I have my activity as lightly active as I am recovering from achilles tear.
How do I calculate my calories based on my BMR and TDEE? What should I eat as calories/day and do I add my exercise and eat those calories too?
Thanks for the help:)

TDEE is supposed to take exercise into account, so no you do not eat back exercise calories. If you are looking to lose fat, eat 10-20% below your TDEE. Do not eat below your BMR without medical supervision.0

1580 sounds like a reasonable number.
Most people calculate based on TDEE-20%, which in your case, after some simple math, comes out to 1884. Also a reasonable number.
Most people wouldn't say to dip below your BMR, so if that's your concern, go with 1884 and adjust as necessary if you don't have any weight loss.0 -
