problem with pyle watch

so am new here and just having a troublesome time with my new pyle heart monitor PHRM38pn
I have just received it today and I started using it
i put the strap on and wet it with water and i put the watch on as well
I entered my personal info correctly
but the problem is with the calorie counter it just doesnt seem reasonable!
like,, i started the stop watch and it says that i burned 95 kcal in 7 seconds!
that cant be possible?
i would appreciate the help i receive from you guys...
