Does anyone know where I can find information on the nutritional info for arabic food. I love it, especially chicken tawook, the rice pilaf and the salads. I am pretty sure its pretty good for you, at least in terms of eating out anyway, but I never know how to enter the food. I've tried looking up different restaurants but they don't seem to have any nutritional info posted.

www.recipezaar.com might have it on their website. It is a recipe site that lists nutritional content for each recipe. Then you can enter it in here under"enter a food not listed". It might not be exactly right but it will at least give you something to guesstimate.

you should ask AT the restaurant. Most places will be able to tell you, or at least give you a list of ingredients so you can figure it out on your own :drinker:
