Eat that frown!

Almost to maintenance...Feels good, but over the holidays I gained a few pounds just like every other year. No big deal - easily lost again by following my plan. But I've really been trying to understand the emotional factors behind overeating. Trying to learn the reasons I overeat and how to compensate in a way that becomes second nature to me. I put this on my newsfeed, but really wanted to get a bigger picture. Anyone who has lost weight and kept it off for any amount of time has found a way to overcome their issues...but we all slip up. Not the "cheat days" that we plan to go over our calorie allotment for the day, but the times when we either give in to cravings or struggle not to.
