High Intensity Fat Loss Workout

I have been using the workout below 4 times per week for about three weeks. When you first look at it it appears easy but in practise it is far from easy! Very effective and you don't need to spend hours in the gym. I have increased to four circuits and believe me after that and the finisher you know you have worked out!
