HELP
Hi has anyone tried the Venus Factor by John Barban. I have just watched a presentation and it seems great - about how woman don't use Lepin hormone in their bodies the same as men. Just wondered if anyone has tried it before I buy it. It is £47 dollars on promotion thats £37 with postage,

Don't want to buy it if it is just another mad claim.

It sounds like a fad to me. Just set your weight loss goals up, eat at a calorie deficit, and you will lose weight. It's free to use MFP or pen and paper.

what is this thing? A pill? A liposuction machine? A shake? A powder? Do you mean leptin?

"Because leptin is a digestible protein that doesn’t enter the bloodstream, it can’t be taken in supplement form, Atkinson says. “If you were to take it as a pill, it’s just like eating chicken or beef. It’s a protein and your body would just break it up, so you wouldn’t absorb it from a pill.”

37 £ would buy me a lot of spinach.
