What's a realistic goal? 5'6 woman

I started at 145 about 3 weeks ago, and I'm down to 142. What's a good goal weight for a 5'6 woman? I'm thinking 135? I'm relatively happy with my body, but it could definitely be better.

Consider changing body composition more than weight, start lifting?0

I'm 5'6 and currently 122lbs... I'm pretty close to my ultimate goal weight and feel comfortable at this weight.
Before my to pregnancies I was 118lbs for years, eating well and being relatively active.
My waist measures 27" and hips 37" ... I'm happy and don't look very skinny0 -
Try losing a few more pounds and see how you feel. Weight is mostly irrelevent. You'll look better at a higher weight if you carry it well (some people look thin even at a higher weight), or if you have a bigger frame. And you'll weigh more, but look better, if you have a lot of muscle. 135 seems like a good goal to reach and then reassess.0
