I work out 5-6 times a week for 30- 60 minutes. What do you suggest I set my activity level to?

Are you using the TDEE method or the MFP method? If your using MFP your exercise is excluded from your activity level you add that on a daily basis. So your activity level would be what your daily work is0

What a lot of people here do is set it to sedentary and track their workouts with a sports tracker. MFP notoriously over-estimates calories, so something like Endomondo or a HRM would be good. That way, if you have a week when you workout less you can still lose. Plus, it's great to see yourself improve your fitness level!0

That is a good question. I am wondering the same thing, but using the TDEE method. Does anyone know what we should set it too if using the TDEE method?0
