Hey guys,
I used MFP to great success while I was at uni. But some of the weight has crept back on so I'm back to make sure I look good in that big white dress!
Anyone else working towards this?
I am 22 in Devon, UK

Hi Antonia! My wedding is also in July. I'd love to lose 15 pounds by then. My dream would be to have the option to wear a bikini on the honeymoon, and actually look good in it! I bought a fitted dress, that I ordered one size larger, in case I don't lose any weight. But if I keep up the tracking and working out, I think what's more likely is that I'll have to get it taken in a bit! Good luck to you!0

I think a better way to look at this is "I want to make sustainable changes to my lifestyle so that my new spouse and I can share a long, healthy life together" rather than "I absolutely must drop X pounds by Y date to fit into this particular article of clothing that I'll never wear again".
Best of luck to you in achieving your goals!0
