Frustrated...

This is my first post. My weight loss journey started around 5 years and 50 lbs ago. I started simply by adjusting my diet and then added in exercise programs for the last 20 lbs or so. I have done rounds and rounds of P90X, Insanity, P90X2 and now am almost to the end of week 2 of my first round of P90X3. With all those positive things said I am frustrated and stuck. I thought I hit a plateau and tried to work through it several ways only to put on 5 lbs. I am female, in my mid 30's. I am 5'10" and weigh 180 lbs. I work out 6 days a week (right now for 30 minutes a day) and the 7th is always spent doing some organized sport (in the winter it is 6 on 6 indoor volleyball)
My goal weight is in the 150-160 range and I just can't get there. I was down around 172-177 and now sit closer to 178-181. I made my food journal public. Does anyone have advise? See anything I am doing 100% wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Notwithstanding the missing days (naughty!), there's not too much wrong.
However....
I see that you're consistently over your limit on sodium every day, and this could be one source of your frustration. Excess sodium causes water retention through a process called osmosis. If you retain water, you will seemingly gain weight.
Similarly, strength training causes water retention through glycogen muscle repair.
What you are trying to lose is not "weight" but fat. Do you measure your body fat percentage? You should find a way of doing so. You should also take photos and body measurements every month and even think about ditching the scale if you like what you see in the mirror.0 -
I agree with p4ulmiller. It looks like you're eating pretty well, and I imagine you mostly do on the weekends too. The only glitch I see is a pretty significant sodium intake more often than not. Keep you chin up0
