New Month=New Diet Plan

Hello Everyone! My name is Sean and I have been a member for almost 6 months now! I try to keep pretty good track of my diet but sadly my exercise is minimal; about 2-3 times a week at night I run 3 miles.

I now have a BIG trip coming up where I will be best man at a good friends wedding on the beach----SO NOW IT'S ON! My new diet will consist of health smoothies for breakfast and lunch (made by me from fresh ingredients) and I will be eating a sensible dinner. In addition I am working out with my free weights at home more and will be making a much better attempt to go on more runs when it's not freezing! Any advice that anyone can give me on a liquid diet would be GREATLY appreciated! I'm sort of new to the process so I need tips on what to put in them! Thanks everyone and FIGHT ON!
