You burn more calories with the Zumba than the weigh training, so I am not sure why you think you should eat more on the weight training days?0

Read this post, it'll give you a good idea of how to calculate your intake:

Yes, initially one burns more calories with zumba....however calorie burns stop once you're done. When you weight train your muscles tend to burn more throughout your day. If you're not eating enough on weight training days before or after your workout you are robbing your muscles of the energy needed to both fuel and repair them. I suggest looking more closely into your TDEE as another poster suggested. I am 5'4" and at one time was around 201 lbs (lowest was 137, maintained 145 for a year but after a backslide I'm up to 157 and dropping again). The lowest caloric intake I've ever had was 1400 and only on days when I didn't have a workout. I regularly eat around 1800-1900 calories on a weight training day.0 -
I wouldn't unless you feel like it's hindering your weight lifting goals, whatever those are. I'm trying to lose weight but I'm also lifting weights and I eat more on my weight lifting days so that it gives me a little extra energy and protein so I can do more awesome at the gym.0
