Weightlifting calories burnt? How to log?

Spent the afternoon in the gym designing a weight training program with a trainer, however, as I've only really done cardio in the past I'm looking for advice on how to log my exercise on here (MFP)?

My program mainly consists of some dumbbell work squats bench press type thing 6-10 reps 3-4 times with a finisher of interval training on the stationairy bike.

It should take just over an hour and my triner said it was EPOC? so the calories continue to burn for up to two days after and this is the best for weightloss (fat loss)

How would you log it?

    Strength training is listed as part of cardiovascular exercise on MFP. I just log the time I spent in the gym.
