Help! I have enablers all around me!!!

My family is the worst! I was telling my dad how much ive been dreading jogging lately, so he bought me a mp3 player and even went walking with me on a day I didnt want to go. He also doesn't even whine that we eat almost the same food every single night for dinner, which is chicken and broccoli. I can't live like this much longer!

If that wasn't bad enough, I tried to take a rest day yesterday and my dog was not having it...she was jumping around in circles and running back and forth from me and the door, and wasn't going to stop until I took her out for a jog. I think I might just take her to the aspca because I can't have a dog that condones that kind of a lifestyle, plus as you can see from my profile pic, she just parties way too much.

Anyone else in my situation? I'm looking for support....
